I offer a fair range of things to FSBO's. I get buyer leads from it and almost all of the fSBO's end up listing with me. I decided that fighting FSBO's and trying to tell them they couldn't sell on their own was futile, I have only had 1 or 2 actually sell their own home but those people then used me to buy and have referred other clients to me.
