Ed Finlan of John L Scott Real Estate and Dan Keller of Hometown Lending will be hosting a first time buyer class in Mount Vernon, WA on 4/2/2011 from 10 AM till 4 PM in Downtown Mount Vernon We will be in the art gallery of The Trumpeter Restaurant in Old Downtown Mount Vernon. The art gallery is between the restaurant and the river. There should be plenty of street parking as well as the revetment over the river. We will be going next door for lunch and maybe after the class and you are welcome to join us.
We will be talking about the process of buying a home as well as how to get the best deal when you do buy and going over a lot of other things too including what goes into buying a bank owned, REO, Foreclosure or Short Sale.
